3. Services Description

We provide online Chinese language tutoring services to students located in CIS countries (excluding Russian Federation). Our services include:

• One-on-one Chinese language tutoring sessions
• Group Chinese language classes
• HSK test preparation
• Business Chinese language training
• Conversational practice sessions
• Learning materials and resources

4. Eligibility

To use our services, you must:

• Be at least 13 years of age (minors require parental consent)
• Provide accurate and complete information
• Have access to necessary technology for online lessons
• Be located in an eligible CIS country

5. Registration and Account

To access our services, you may need to create an account. You agree to:

• Provide accurate, current, and complete information
• Maintain the security of your account credentials
• Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use
• Accept responsibility for all activities under your account

6. Booking and Scheduling

6.1 Lesson Booking

• Lessons must be booked in advance through our platform
• We will confirm your booking within 24 hours
• Lesson times are based on mutually agreed schedules

6.2 Cancellation Policy

• 24+ hours notice: Full refund or rescheduling
• Less than 24 hours: 50% charge may apply
• No-show: Full lesson fee charged
• Emergency cancellations: Reviewed case-by-case

6.3 Rescheduling

• Free rescheduling with 24+ hours notice
• Subject to tutor availability
• Maximum 2 reschedules per booking

7. Payment Terms

7.1 Pricing

• Prices are displayed on our website and may vary by program
• All prices are in USD unless otherwise specified
• Prices are subject to change with 30 days notice

7.2 Payment Methods

• We accept major credit cards and approved payment methods
• Payment is required before lesson delivery
• Automatic billing available for regular students

7.3 Refund Policy

• Refunds processed according to cancellation policy
• Unsatisfactory lesson refunds reviewed case-by-case
• Refunds processed within 5-10 business days
• Package refunds prorated for unused lessons

8. Student Responsibilities

As a student, you agree to:

• Attend scheduled lessons punctually
• Have necessary technology and stable internet connection
• Complete assigned homework and practice exercises
• Treat tutors and staff with respect
• Not record lessons without prior written consent
• Not share learning materials with third parties

9. Our Responsibilities

We commit to:

• Provide qualified and experienced tutors
• Deliver lessons as scheduled
• Maintain platform security and privacy
• Provide customer support during business hours
• Honor our cancellation and refund policies

10. Intellectual Property

All content, materials, and resources provided during lessons remain our intellectual property. You may:

• Use materials for personal learning purposes
• Take notes during lessons

You may not:

• Reproduce or distribute our materials
• Record lessons without permission
• Use our content for commercial purposes

11. Technology Requirements

For optimal lesson experience, you need:

• Stable high-speed internet connection
• Computer, tablet, or smartphone with camera and microphone
• Updated web browser or our recommended software
• Quiet environment suitable for learning

12. Code of Conduct

We maintain a respectful learning environment. Prohibited behavior includes:

• Harassment or inappropriate conduct
• Discriminatory language or behavior
• Disrupting lessons or being disrespectful
• Sharing inappropriate content

Violations may result in immediate service termination without refund.

13. Limitation of Liability

Our liability is limited to the amount paid for services. We are not responsible for:

• Technical issues beyond our control
• Learning outcomes or test results
• Indirect or consequential damages
• Loss of data or interruption of services

14. Termination

Either party may terminate services:

• With 7 days written notice for regular termination
• Immediately for breach of terms
• We may suspend services for non-payment
• Refunds for terminated services follow our refund policy

15. Dispute Resolution

Any disputes will be resolved through:

• Direct communication and good faith negotiation
• Mediation if necessary
• Arbitration under UK law if mediation fails
• UK courts have jurisdiction for legal proceedings

16. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any legal proceedings must be brought in UK courts.

17. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms periodically. We will notify users of significant changes via email or website notice. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
